I passed a drop off point for the Salvation Army Christmas toy appeal today, and it was overflowing. Warmed my heart to see it. I really hope you are still considering asking for gifts for the smalls from them. It would be fab to think of some of those items going to a good home, as intended by the donors.
Hope littlest has a more settled night for you. Glad the vets are being kind XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi wannabe, I haven't caught up on the last few pages but I saw the suggestion on salvation army support for kids gifts.
My mum and dad struggled a lot when my sister and i were young and they sought advice from citizens advice. She was so worried about how she would get us anything at all for Christmas and one day the salvation army turned up with a bag of gifts for her to give us. She said she just sobbed.
It's at times like these when times are really tough in a variety of ways that when someone can take away just a little of that stress and worry, it makes all the difference.
Glad you had a good experience at the food bank.Sealed Pot Challenge 075

Morning.
Hope you all managed to get a good nights sleep. Glad you went to the SA. A gentle reminder that the gifts are there to be given out. x 0 -
Morning
Thank you for all your replies. Youngest one slept a little bit but still woke up at 3am wanting food and saying everything was itchy  she wasn't as unsettled though. Just awake!
Other two away to school although they didn't want to go.
I have some cleaning and things to do today and some phonecalls to make. Having a coffee first though and some painkillers hoping it shifts my headache.
DS has requested cornedbeef hash for dinner tonight so will need to do that too.
Hope everyone is well x“Once you hit rock bottom, that's where you perfectly stand; That's your chance of restarting, but restarting the way.”0 -
