It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

Glad you all enjoyed the theatre. My two used to love going when they were little.
Treat yourself to a takeawayI get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0 -
Okay smalls couldn't decide on a takeaway :rotfl: So I cooked the spag bol. Saves disappointment when they can't all choose the same place.
We decided we'd use the money for a day out next weekend. We have bowling Wednesday (although it's a secret yet they don't know) Maybe trampoline park or softplay we'll see.
The weather is pants today! The dryer has been on all day and I have loads of ironing to catch up on

Hi WannabeFree, you are doing so well!!
Your SOA looks great. We have about the same grocery budget for 2 adults and a 4yr old so you're doing great!
The only thing I can see where you could save more is the satellite TV. Do you really need it or could you substitute it with Netflix or NowTV?
We only use Netflix and BBC iPlayer and honestly don't miss normal TV!
If you do watch it a lot though, then it's worth it, all depends on the things you like to watch - it's ok to allow yourself some luxuries0 -
Glad you had a great time
Hope you ordered that takaway!

Thank you
MorningMonday again! These holidays are going far too quickly
I don't want them to have to go back to school
Today's plan is to go and finish the bits (I say bits I think it's around £50 needed yet) of uniform, need swim kits for the older two and underwear and leggings etc.
Have a cheque to pay into the bank so will do that why I'm in town and will probably go to the museum to fill the afternoon with something a bit more exciting than shopping :rotfl:
Hope all is well
