I need to pop for snacks for the theatre tomorrow. I don't want to feel I need to buy from there
Just seems like common sense to me. Snacks are very expensive ti buy in places like cinemas and theatres. I'm sure they must be aware that most people take their own now.

I agree TF. I looked and it's £7 for 3 fruitshoots :o I've been and bought sweets and drinks and will put them in youngest's bag. I'll still make sure I buy something but it defeats the point of getting cheaper tickets if it costs £20+ for 4 drinks and smalls snack.

They still have no idea where we are going :o Mean mummy :rotfl:

    Hope everyone is okay

    Morning WF,

I always take things into the cinema too. Once I had decided I would let the kids choose in the cinema and they were like no please can we go to Mr T's they have better sweets :rotfl:, who am I to argue.

    Have a great day xx

    Afternoon,

Last night was fab! Youngest and DD joined in, laughed and giggled and really took part. It was lovely to see. What shocked me a lot was how many people kept getting up and going out to the toilet :o It made me wonder if I was mean as mine all know you go before we go in and then you wait until the interval - but honestly it was at least 30 times someone left the theatre not just one or two  Made youngest tell me she needed to go and I said nope you can wait it's rude to get up :o

They where totally happy with us taking drinks and snacks in too. So it was a NSD other than the change in my purse I let the girls put into the charity boxes.

They asked if my 3 would like to get up on stage at the end and they wouldn't :rotfl: But she commented to how well behaved they had been which made them smile. DS said see Mum we are good :rotfl:

I might look out for a deal on the next panto tickets in October :o

Today we are staying home, waiting for an amazon delivery and getting on top of chores. Tomorrow will be a cafe visit and picking bits up we need in town.

    Hope everyone is okay

I always thought that your children sounded well behaved and polite. They are obviously a credit to you.
So glad you all enjoyed yourselves.

Oh they are from angels PLMBL :rotfl:

But it was nice someone took time to comment iykwim.

Thank you for the lovely replies :)

Amazon order arrived, stocked up again on cleaning supplies, they had some brilliant pantry offers yesterday. I now have £10 off my next order too. I also still have some gift vouchers so I'm debating ordering a few more washing stuff :o

Someone gave me back £20 today I wasn't expecting (long story short I lent it out months ago and never thought I'd see it again) Tempted to order take away for dinner with some of it :o

I am so full of a cold! I would love to know HOW in this nice weather we have had

Watched Blockers last night and it was hilarious! Well worth a watch ;)

I don't like scary films so I never really watch any new ones or can never find any newer ones I think I'd sit and watch but it was good.
