  • Life is a process of ups and downs, remember that being down is always followed by an up eventually.

Lovely news about the puppy :).

At least having them at the same school will be convenient for you. My DC were at three different schools at one time and one holiday they all broke up on a different day, it was a right pain .

Sounds like a bad day :( Whatever you feel about things being your fault, remember you've done a lot of positive things too - like being a lovely mum to your kids, and the help and support you give people here. Sending hugs xx

Remember if you do what you have always done you get what you have always got.

Do you think being so low has clouded your judgement?
When you are positive and motivated you seem to manage decisions really well.

I think the other problem is that we all like to see the good in everyone so even if past experience tells us that things wont work out we have that hope inside that actually on this occasion it will be ok.

Are you looking after your health? Are you eating correctly as lack of food means low energy which leads to lack of motivation etc
Are you taking your medication? Do you get another sleep (littlies permitted)?
