Remember if you do what you have always done you get what you have always got.
Do you think being so low has clouded your judgement?
When you are positive and motivated you seem to manage decisions really well.
I think the other problem is that we all like to see the good in everyone so even if past experience tells us that things wont work out we have that hope inside that actually on this occasion it will be ok.
Are you looking after your health? Are you eating correctly as lack of food means low energy which leads to lack of motivation etc
Are you taking your medication? Do you get another sleep (littlies permitted)?0 -
