    It’s not just about the cleaning charges - once that happens, the driver has lost any chance to continue to work that night. You cannot pick up passengers in a smelly, vomit stained car.

    If she threw up, and she must know if she did, then it needs to be paid.

    Are you sure? For example, Tfl set the soiling charge at £40 - meaning thats the maximum black cabs in london can charge.
