OP you have already done numerous complaining reviews on Facebook. How little credibility do you want to be left with? You have none here. The owner can simply dismiss your complaints as the rants of a madman that is stalking him, and many will believe him.

    Put up or shut up.

Go to court or stop talking about it.

i don't think you know what stalking is

Are you also out on license?
Seriously you need to let it go or the Company involved may end up taking you to Court.

Harassment would not be difficult to demonstrate given your repeated posts and Facebook reviews. Given they never admitted liability and paid for repairs on a good will basis which you have repeatedly thrown back in their face they may go for libel as well.

You really need to let this go and move on.

    Sounds spot on, OP.

Be sure to email the company once it's posted to make sure they're aware of it as well.

    1) not admitting liabiility doesn't mean they weren't liable

    2) they only paid for repairs after I'd discovered they had bodged the 'good will' repair they did

    3) its only worth suing someone for libel if they are being untruthful or you can convince a court they are being untruthful

I don't think anything useful can be said now over and above that posted in all the various threads. I will therefore close this thread but let the forum team know in case they want to reopen it later.
