The animal has been reported, more than once, to the relevant authorities, IIRC so not a case of doing nothing.
Serious intention to steal or kidnap the dog, plus spreading malicious gossip around about the dog's owners would see you on the wrong side of the law, I would have thought.
lets be honest, doing the right thing doesnt always mean being on the right side of the law.0 -
i too would be willing to send a small donation if you do need to end up buying the dog. Perhaps you could start a crowd fund or whatever its called!0

Other members are right. Try to speak with your neighbours in hamble way it might slove that issue if they understand their mistake. Actually, in winters, Frostbite begins when the dog’s body gets cold. The body automatically pulls blood from the extremities to the center of the body to stay warm. The dog’s ears, paws or tail can get so cold that ice crystals can form in the tissue and damage it.
I recommend you to do not waste anytime just speak with them0 -
This was so so heartbreaking to read, poor little dog! Please keep us updated if you hear anything
I think you have definitely done the right thing. There is no way that I could have stood by and watched that happening if I was in your shoes.0
