    When sending a message it goes to the person I sent it to but it comes up with different number than mine.
    Will look into the call divert thing.



    Have you tried phoning that number?
  • The number owner rang me this day, to query why we keep ringing him, he understood when we explained the problem but had no reason for the change.

    Yeah, they are sorry about that. They had to change the number as they were getting too many clicks on the line at the beginning and end of calls. :D

  • Problem solved, to difficult to explain though. Tesco sorted it but had never heard of this problem before.
    They explained it to me and I still don't fully understand the reason.

    Will be going into Tesco on the morrow to sort it out.

    As you've already been told, the store staff will have no access to either explain or sort this out for you. You need to call the CS number who may need to escalate the issue to their tech support people.
