Tickets Viagogo

It's not fraud. I sold some tickets using Viagogo a couple of months back, mainly becasue I bought 2 and my OH also bought 2 for the same gig.
I only sold them for enough to emsure I got my money back and they paid me a week after the concert took place.
In many instances they're selling something they don't have the right to sell - which could indeed be fraud. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Don't buy from Viagogo, Iti is fraud. I bought heavily overpriced tickets for a concert in Port Elizabeth, only to be told on entry, these are fraudulent tickets and entry was denied. We ended up to buy another set of tickets at the venue and were advised not to buy any ticktets for anything from them.
Given they offer a money back guarantee have you claimed your money back? If they give it to you it’s not fraud. At least not by Viagogo.
In future if you want to buy from touts turn up at the venue and look for a guy muttering “tickets”. He’s the same as Viagogo just no flashy website.0 -

If it wasn't a sold out event, why didn't you buy at face value directly from the venue?
But as others have said, if they are fraudulant tickets, you can get your money back.0 -
Given the fact that face value of the tickets for sale on Viagogo can normally be seen before making the purchase, why did you pay the amount you did if you thought that they were "heavily overpriced"?Don't buy from Viagogo, Iti is fraud. Update: Viagogo refunded us almost the full amount for the tickets after we could proof that we were denied entry and had to buy new tickets at the gate. By the way, it was said, even on radio, the show was sold out and under this pressure I tried to buy "one of the last tickets available". It seems like Viagogo has a problem somewhere in the supply chain and no control if the tickets are real or not. After a phone call to Viagogo and a few e-mails, like stated above, we were refunded almost the whole amount.0

Why 'almost' and not all of the cost? If they are in the wrong you should be pushing for a FULL refund.0
