I want to buy a set of resistance bands for someone who doesn't have access to a gym, I've looked at lots of reviews but still not sure which set to go for, has anyone got any recommendations?

I bought a similar set of bands and find them very useful. Mine were much cheaper though. but very good quality. I can't do links but it you go to Amazon and search for Cayman fitness resistance bands. £17.95.0
