I've got an Echo and an Echo Dot, both 2nd gen.

Sound quality on the big one is unsurprisingly miles better than the little one.

My song gave me an Alexa for xmas --I opened it eagerly, spent 2 hours unsuccessfully setting it up and put it to one side where it is now sitting.
A friend bought one with a special Amazon offer and i asked him how he was getting on with it-his reply was" I haven't got time to properly set it up-in fact I haven't even taken it out of the box yet!!!
Wonder how many Alexa buyers are like us?

I'm sure Alexa works-but I just can't imagine what sort of person needs to have an audio speaker wrongly answering questions?

2 hours trying to set it up lol.
plug it in, install the alexa app on your phone and connect it to your wifi.
Should take all of 5 minutes.

How do you know it answers questions wrongly if you haven't used it yet.
