    How do we even know the child was planned or not.
    Anyhow, getting a prenup is sensible, be it the man who has hundreds of thousands assets more than the woman, or the woman who has thousands more than the man. With the best will in the world you will both live happily ever after, but divorces unfortunately are very common. It makes sense to protect yourself if you have the bulk of the wealth, just in case you split for any reason. Affairs are far too common and people change and grow apart.

    This is a money saving site after all. You wouldn't want to loose the results of all those years of hard work, savings and thift. It amazes me the amount of people who are ready to blindly throw all that to the wind thinking that won't happen to me. It can and does.

    No, a prenup in this case would be completely pointless as there's no suggestion whatsoever that they were planning on getting married!
