You don't need an adaptor for each individual device/ appliance. Use one to plug in a normal four gang extension lead which you have brought from home, plug your chargers for phone, tablet, kindle, camera etc into that. Use the hotel hairdryer. If you've brought hair straighteners or other appliances you will need adapters for those.

You absolutely don't need an extension lead of any type for devices that can be charged using an USB connection cable supplied with your mobile 'phone or tablet etc. - the USB mains unit linked above is ideal and can be used in many countries.

You'll only need a US mains to UK plug adaptor to power appliances supplied with a fitted UK 3 pin plug, most of which are now moulded to the cable for permanency - hair dryer, for example.

How about if you've got a phone which uses USB C. Is there a multi charger which will accommodate this?

Inexpensive cables on Ebay which will connect to multi charger.

If batches66 tells us specifically which devices she needs to service we can advise.

Would the supplied cables have type C at both ends ? Is that the new standard ?
