    Evening,

Im felling much more positive about buying a place today, as i went on rightmove and saw the same houses/flats that i looked at a while back were now £10k - £15k less :) I know its been in the news for ages now, but im only starting to see the drops in prices around this area now. And with then prices predicted to drop 25% by 2010. I cant wait!:D :D

Now OH has seen the prices drop with his own eyes his agreed to hardcore save on everything the MSE way. We are going to try our best to live at home with parents as long as we can stand it to get a large lump sum deposit. Im excited that his finally taking things more seriously about saving and not buying things that arent needed...espically for his car!

Anyway, My wages got paid in today as i transfered £50 into ISA finally making it to £1000.....thats £11,000 in deposit so far! :D

Tax renewal came £101 6 months or £185 12 months. I have decided to buy 12 months for a change to save money in the long run. Thank god ive got that tax rebate coming this month!

Im still waiting for WPT cashback to arrive in my account.

Well done on the ISA, is he going to help save the £9k you need or is just contributing the £10k he already has?

Oh yeah his gonna help. But his still paying things off, and has big outgoings a month.(mainly all car things) Once his outgoings are reduced (november)and debt gone, he will be able to save plently. I wish he'd let me help him, but he wont have none of it!

    Afternoon peeps,

WPT cashback finally got paid into my account yesterday. So thats a few extra quid earned.

I still have some money sitting in my paypal account from when i last sold the perfumes etc that i had forgot about! I will check later to see how much is in there.
Also i won another case of Cider:j its my 3rd case! I might sell it to my dad again if he wants it, as i still have tones left of my 1st case! Sadly the comp ends soon :(
I also won a £5 voucher for play.com from Quidco for being a clan member. I spent it on Ace Ventura box set & free delivery so FREE!:D

And through the post i got a Jack daniels freebie, Limited Edtion Ice cube bag thing. Its quite cool, jack Daniels are good for freebies every other month!

  • I wish i found that kinda money in my paypal account, oh actually i don't think i have a paypal account, as i'm rubbish when it comes to selling things on ebay, can't part with anything, even if it is rubbish.

Well done on the ISA total, thats a really good amount since the end of June. Should be proud of yourself. Your closer to your dreamo of buying a house with your partner.

Another well done on the cider win and the play.com win. Unfortunately my OH didn't like the pear cider, nor did i. It tastes too much like a non alcoholic drink, a bit like pear juice or something. I think he's still going to drink it, MSE and all that lol.

    xx
