    Hey,

Today postie brought me my £10 Debenhams voucher! :D So now in total i have £40 of Boots vouchers and £10 of Debenhams.
Im waiting for £3 in my valued opinions to go in and stop pending then i will have enough for another £10 boots voucher. And i need 3,000 more toluna points to get a £12 Halfords voucher.

I did a bit of evening shopping last night but didnt spend a penny as i had £20 of points on my advantage card used up £15 worth on toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner & hair dye. Then i popped to sainsburys to use a couple of my huggies vouchers and got two massive packs of huggies wipes for free. (another baby freebie! lol:rotfl: ) These shall come in handy for my new nephew.

My item i listed on ebay has 3 days left and 9 watchers so im hoping there waiting to bid near the end.

My slicethepie £5 has been paid into paypal. Im going to leave it in there to go towards my car servicing parts i will need to buy off ebay next month.

Budget day today.....and im due my car tax renewal end of this month. So wonder how much more thats gone up by.

I would just like to have a rant over men...well my OH, nearly everyday i proudly tell my OH what i have saved on, what vouchers i got , what great bargin or freebie i got. But he takes no interest at all. I told him about Quidco i even opened an account for him but he still buys things without going on there! as he says he 'cant be bothered' to go on there first!!!

All he has to do is sign in and click the link! I worked out he could of had £185  in cashback with from cards and things his brought. That money could have paid off his CCJ fine that he still needs to pay.

Is it just my OH that is like this? :rolleyes2 :undecided

Sorry about your Dad, hope he gets better quickly!

Well done on all the vouchers etc :)

My OH is slowly getting into moneysaving, its great, they can be converted, tell him how many extra treats he could have with that £185! Or it could go towards your house!

    Hi,

I forgot to say car tax came yesterday £99 6 months or £180 12 months:mad:
As soon as you start to get some money saved up something esle always needs paying. I will only buy the 6 months as my MOT it due April. So when the next tax is due i will be a year then it wont fall the same time as the MOT again.

I recieved another parcel from postie today! Another small win of pesto recipe cards! worth £5! Makes a change for me to be winning things! wins in 2 days!
It was pay day today:j I paid all my wages into bank apart from £4 which will be my weekend and next weeks budget! Normally i cant resist buying a cream egg Mcflurry at the weekend as a treat!:D

    Morning all!:p

I have just paid off my remaining loan with my credit card!!!!!! I phoned them up to see the remaining balance if i wanted to settle early they said £1842 so i thought rather than spending another 1 and a half years paying off £116 a month and paying interest on top of that. Pay it off with card and pay big lump sums off it every month!:o Thing is my 0% interest on this credit card runs out end of next month!!! I didnt want to apply for another credit card so will have to find extra cash to pay it off ASAP.

    It feels so good now just having one direct debt a month which is for my mobile bill.:j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j :j

Now im going to search my house upside down for things to list on ebay, hammer slicethepie all weekend, maybe sell the boots vouchers i have saved up.

    So my new balances are

Credit card £2342 ( as my car insurance £500 was also put on that, but i have the money to pay that off in bank.Just waiting for statement to arrive)

    And thats it!

    Then monthly outgoings

    Mobile bill £35
    Internet bill £8
    Petrol £40
    Food £25

    Total: £108 :T

Right im off to make some extra cash!:A

I would get yourself a 0% card, will put a lot less pressure on you! I will have to do that end of May when my 0% runs out.

I would do but i only just got the Asda credit card, and i dont want to apply for too many cards in such a short space of time. Plus this way i wont be lazy and spend money on any other things!;)

    Hi!

Well today after watching 'It pays to watch';) this morning OH and me popped to town. I was on the search for a nice warm jumper, found one in Jane Norman £30 but after using my £5 off voucher and £10 voucher from shopandscan the total came too £15....which my lovely OH then stepped in and handed his cash over as a treat for driving him everywhere last weekend.:D :D

Just had a look at my ebay and my item sold for £7.34, and shes paid already into my paypal! So i now have £12.34 in paypal.

Ive got to admit now i have put loan onto card im thinking of cracking open my sealed pot! Its not sealed its a piggy bank so i wont have to smash it. So i could count up the money, jot it down then after ive paid off the loan put the amount back in pot. Not the point of the pot i know!:o
