Circulator pump won't turn on

You can check the zone valves by using the manual lever to turn them on. Just slide the lever over to turn it on and lock it into place. If it fires up then you most likely have an actuator problem.

It's the mid position valve. It stays on W even if I turn off water and turn on just heating. If I turn off the pump, manually put the valve to H and then turn on the pump and heating, it works. Then if I turn the water on, the lever moves a little bit to M (but it doesn't go in the middle) and if I turn just the water on the lever goes on W and it's like it remains stuck there so when I turn the heating on nothing happens

You should be able to have the synchron motor change which will cure it.

^^^ unless it is a physical valve problem.......have seen both as the problem (potentially a very stiff valve) but, yes, start with the electrical motor side as it is quite likely or take off the actuator and use pliers to seeing the mechanical side of the valve operates freely. The electrical/actuator top half usually comes off when the catchb is released. Look up your model on the net or post the info on here for advice if you need it.
