There's some more comments about this on HFP:
    http://www.headforpoints.com/2017/11/17/has-the-lloyds-avios-rewards-credit-card-suffered-a-major-data-breach/

A mix of cardholder-not-present, magstripe and contactless transactions.

One comment from someone who's never used their Amex card yet has been affected. Sounding more and more like a breach at Lloyds, Amex or possibly Avios...
  • Hi all
This happened to me. Has anyone else had any difficuties getting a replacement card from Lloyds? I've been waiting nearly 6 weeks for a new card. They've "sent" 4 so far, none of which have arrived.

Either I have the world's most dishonest (and stupid) postman, or they are not actually getting put in the post. I don't know what to do; they seem incapable of sending them to my home address and have refused to send it to a branch for collection.

    Complain to Lloyds Customer Relations.

That should get you a card and £50 compensation.

If they still fail you, escalate to the FOS.
