    Thanks again Beamer Guy,

    The driver will send back the reply form tomorrow, just to be clear the driver will tick to deny and underneath this the driver shall write;

"Can you please supply me with proof and a valid document giving parking and property management ltd rights to issue tickets."

Thanks in advance again Beamer Guy hope you've had a great Sunday!

    Update:

    Reply back was:

    No contract

You infer there was no contract. The rules of interpretation require simply that the parties knew of their obligations to one-another. You were offered use of the Land by way of signage and could either follow the rules and avoid a parking charge or breach the rules and agree to pay the charge set out on the signs.

Gives amethod to pay and pages of pictures of the car and signage.

Gives 30 days or legal action.

Which way would the driver go from here?

    Kindest regards

Are you aware that this low rent law firm were named and shamed in the House of Commons last week? watch the cideo here.

They have also been reported by an MP to the SRA., their cat has well and truly been marked.

Complain to your MP referencing the Second Readiing, law firms should not be helping PPCs to scam the public.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

Probably just about does. The OP needs to start preparing by reading all the Gladstones Court claim threads, and getting out the resident's tenancy agreement to use as evidence of primacy of contract.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Morning,

The driver has recieved a claim form with no particulars to follow so acknowledged via MCOL.

In brief the driver recieved 2 parking tickets, the driver regulary visits there sister that they have a visitors pass for. In one photo it shows the drivers car parked half on the kerb with the visitors pass in the window (the driver always moves it into a bay shortly after when available as can view from her window) on the second picture is the same situation but has not shown the visitors pass in the window but again waiting for a space.

    Kindest regards

You of course add to this thread. Otherwise how would anyone know the history of the claim?

Did you do as told a month ago, and obtained the lease?

So the driver is halfway through their draft defence and have now just received another letter before claim for 3 other separate incidents all together on the paper in the same place.
The driver is getting so overwhelmed by this now. The draft they are doing now was from nearly a year ago the one the driver got today was 5 months ago.... shall the driver carry on with their draft defence and deal with the other LBC like I did the previous? The driver is just so fed up now.
