I have been offered a course, fine and points or a trip to court.
cheers guys0 -
The other option would be to do nothing and wait for the inevitable Single Justice Procedure Notice and plead guilty, so no court trip. Wouldn't make any sense to do that, as the fine, points would be higher then the fixed penalty and there would also be costs + surcharge.0

Course I think, might even be interesting
It will be interesting. Listen out for the "know-all" who tries to tell those people running the course, where they are wrong. Or the offended moaner, who does not believe they did anything wrong. There was one of each on my course and both were politely slapped down. The know-all was offered the door, followed by an invitation to a summons. He was quiet after that. I certainly learned a lot, and I have been driving lots of different classes of vehicle, for well over 50 years.
I don't feel any resentment either: I broke the law and was taught a lesson. 37 in a 30 limit. I use my cruise!I think this job really needs
a much bigger hammer.
