Good, so you have POPLA codes.
Start reading post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky/pinned thread and compose your winning POPLA appeals.0 -
KeithP how likely am i to win the POPLA?0

Your chances of winning are probably proportional to the effort you put in.
It depends entirely on the quality of your submissions.
Have you read that post I mentioned?
In there there are many samples of the points you need to raise - already written for you.
Read other Minster Baywatch PoPLA appeals.
You have 28 days from the date of that response.0 -
Just check your POPLA codes’ authenticity and the deadline you have for each one. Ignore any adverts on that website.
http://www.parkingcowboys.co.uk/popla-code-checker/Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I assume you were pressurised into giving your credit card.
You have every right to cancel this transaction as their
clearly is no contract
Each ticket is £100 and it is that amount they could try to
claim. The extra £55 per ticket is an add on, so called
debt collection
They have been using the incompetent Gladstones solicitors
so have a read to understand the stupidity that goes on

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -
I'm not even convinced the poster is a real newbie, as the posts/questions read like a *plant* (hope I am wrong but the clues are here in the poster's own posts).
POPLA is easy to win, with the right preparation - hardly difficult seeing as the template are pre-written.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is why we are struggling, partly because you've been rude and also, someone studying for a law degree can't possibly write like the above. This and your other continued basic questions (e.g. the question ''what is POPLA'', is a smack bang obvious Google search for anyone, especially a student), and your continued lack of even simple reading/research and ungrammatical/misspelt posts, reads like someone is playing us.
I've seen someone come here before and pretend to be someone they are not, and they over-compensated with spelling mistakes and it was very obvious they were not the poster they wanted us to believe. I've also sussed certain aggressive (previously-multi-banned) notorious stirrer posters from a so-called newbie's writing style alone.
It's not difficult to smell a rat on this board - not saying that's you but you present in a way that tells us that, perhaps, all is not as it may seem. This forum is a target for such malicious posters so forgive us for giving up when a poster clearly can't be doing a law degree, on the balance of probabilities.PRIVATE 'PCN'?
