Expect them some time between 09.00 and 09.30, I would say.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0

15 minutes either way I would guess. Though if I was running late I would text/call ahead.Dwy galon, un dyhead,
Dwy dafod ond un iaith,
Dwy raff yn cydio’n ddolen,
Dau enaid ond un taith.0 -
It means they might be there at 9.15 but they might not be0

See that you posted this at 9.56 has no-one turned up ?Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
If it is Yodel, any day & anytime after they say they will deliver <LOL>"A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

It depends who has said it ..
If it is a professional, say a nurse or doctor or some such then i would expect them 15 mins each way.
If it were a builder or a delivery then perhaps i would expect some time from 9-15 untill 10-30 and then arriving with an apology
It really is subjective0 -
If it’s an Ebay buyer it means they won’t be coming at all or they might turn up at 7.15 next day0

If it's me it means I'll be standing outside your house at 9.10 waiting until it's 9.15 on my phone.
Which will be about 9.10 anyway as my phone is 5 mins fast. I've actually phoned people to apologise for being late and still arrived early.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
