    What happens if you don't have the £3k to pay the casting director?

    Yeah I can definitely stall them.

    But not for too long. I do have some
    capital that I can offer to hold them until I sort the loan / credit.

    Can you not put production back until you have sourced the funds?

    What happens if you pay the director some cash towards the £3k but then your loan/credit card doesn't materialise - what are you going to do then?

    Production will only start next year.


    The sxastjng director was there to attach a lead actress to the film. We wanted an actress signed on early.

    This didn’t happen in the end but I was going to pay for her time via a big freelance gig I had coming up.

    This job fell through and the invoice is due on Monday.

    So I’m looking at alternatives. A loan / credit seemed an attractive option because we could just cover the costs via the fundraising we’re do for the film anyway.

    I think you can forget about the idea of a loan as that's not going to happen.

    Can you ask your bank for an overdraft?

    Are you going to apply for the Tesco card? If you do, let us know the result.

    Were the % not so good for MBNA/Virgin?

    I’m going to look into applying for the card and will post the result.

    If not successful I will look at overdraft.

    Yep no luck with Tesco.

    Will enquire about a Grad overdraft tomorrow.
