just send the blue text appeal, with those 6 character amendments to the past tense , to them as your initial appeal (as detailed in post #8)0 -

It really doesn’t matter because it ain’t going to make one iota of difference. But if you aren’t going to sleep because of this, just change the relevant sentence as follows.
