Help finding cheap flights

I am looking for a cheap flight from any UK Airport . I saw a deal last week . This was departing this month.

However, sadly when I went to book it today that fare was no longer offered you it was looking about £400. Does anyone know any other deals around the £300 - £350 mark. I am happy to fly with any airline and am looking at leaving in the next couple of weeks. Any UK airport or split tickets if fine. Anything to get there as cheaply as possible.

Thanks

    £400 still seems a decent price for that length of journey also including Christmas and New year stay. I am only seeing prices in the £450 + range for 3 months on google flights, which links directly with the airline. You may be able to get cheaper with OTA's.

    Good luck.

    Google have a thing called google flights. You put your desired flight in and it tracks the price, emailing you when it changes. We were tracking a flight to malaga which ranged from 45 to over 300.

    It is always cheper to get return flights rather then singles. As such, Skyscanner isn't helpful only tracking single fares.

    It appears it is still there and the issue is with finding a return date rather then with the outward journey. I shall keep looking and if anything knows of any deals please let me know.

    Was this from the airline or an agent, often the deals advertised by agents magically disappear when you enquire and are replaced by more expensive options.

    The Air China fare to which you refer, appeared in the second week of October and it was then you should have purchased. In fact it went as low at £288 return.
    Now you are hoping to get the same fare even closer to date of travel.
    I don't think that it's going to happen. A current fare of around £400 with the likes of Cathay Pacific is about as good as it gets at the mo.

    One might expect that, but sometimes it just gives you a false hope fare;

    If I recall correctly, you are flying from MAN;

    Long stopover on the way back and no alcohol on the flight. But on budget at £328.

    Also available for the 23rd of November to the 21st of March at £328.

    But it IS a handy research tool, especially when your departure dates are flexible (the OP didn't give a departure airport), your return date is flexible & you're not bothered about # of stops.

    If you get anoraky and start working on the ITA matrix coding, you can really [STRIKE]waste[/STRIKE] spend a lot of time researching what is available.

    The major downside of ITA matrix is that unless you're wearing 2 anoraks, you can't book directly from the website.

    I've had very mixed results with momondo. For a straightforward out and back flight, they're OK (but some of the OTA that they link through to seem to have baregpole bruises on them), but for complex/multistop itineraries that I've looked for, its rolled over and asked for its tummy to be tickled.
