Is it this company that you have the issue with? -
    https://invasion.com

If you are thinking of a "no win, no fee" type legal company to take on a group type action I think you will be disappointed. Nothing of course to stop you seeking your own legal advice but you will of course need to pay for that.

Invasion is a member of the travel trade association- ABTA. You could make a formal complaint via ABTA if you feel that they have breached general good trading practices and the ABTA members code of conduct.

It strikes me, they may or may not be one of these smart -arsed companies that like to use digital media more than they like to give good customer service.

If they are good at removing complaints from the web always remember they can post on rip off report and they can’t remove those

Google is your friend as all average digital media people know .

You need to check from your invoices what is the actual name of the company you did business with because as well as invasion Corp limited, there is also “camp thailand limited” and “invasion travel limited”

Here’s some of the company details to,add to rip off report-so it comes up on page one of google. The key is to post as much info as possible so that this companies activities come up in future in google searches by kids and parents. This is bad publicity and what companies hate.
You are more than welcome to cut and paste this onto your Facebook page and advise people to post the details on rip off report

go to a newspaper/bbc with the story see if they are willing to take it on.

If its a national comany and involed the saftey of children (tecnically at 18 they are adults but still seen as children by most people) they might help in exchange for the story

    Agree with above
    - story”company busy with publicity stunts and sending staff on holidays while x( fill the details in here of what the kids had to go through)”
Also think you should report to abta .
The problem with trying to help them all is you’ll probably wear yourself out.
Don’t accept the vouchers and take them to court.

I'm sure the Daily Mail would be all over your story, especially as they ran the original success story.

That might be the better way to get the word out and seek retribution than a group action legal case.
