Should I carry on ignoring them then ?
Ive read a couple of things online about them being scammers

We are all told most days, never ever contact a scammer
who are phishing for your money.
In particular ZZPS ... you simply don't do it

Don't panic if Wright Hassall themselves, not their idiotic
scammers, take it further, come back here and get all the help
    you need.

Who would have thought that a well respected solicutor
has fallen into the cess pit
  • yes,
    Im just a paranoid person!
But I sharn't be in contact with either parties from now

the WH letters might be from ZZPS in disguise

if or when you actually receive an LBC from the real WH , come back for advice

if or when you actually receive an MCOL from Northampton CCBC , come back for advice

DO NOT RING a parking sc@mmer up

so do NOT ring or contact the parking company

so do NOT ring or contact ZZPS

so do NOT ring or contact WH , UNLESS its about a real LBC , in which case you send a rebuttal latter adapted from those in post #2 of the NEWBIES sticky thread

good luck with the birth, hope it goes well , its enough to deal with that so file all these letters away for now

BUT do not ignore a real LBC or a real MCOL
  • Hi everyone thanks for your replies!
Is it possible for me to upload a pic of the sol letter on here from WH?

You need to first put it on a hosting site. eg imgur

Then post the link disguised (eg use hxxp)

Someone will change it to a live link for you
  • Charllieve,

Try not to get stressed. I realise that it's difficult not to get upset by these letters but unfortunately you are not dealing with reasonable organisations. They are the a-se end of the business community.

My case involves a faulty ticket machine and if you look at my thread I have quoted a couple of cases that you might find useful. One will be useful as a defence if they claim that you should have moved your car and the other relates to how much effort you should make to find an working machine.

I just received a letter from the ZZPS scammers demanding £170. Letter post marked Chester.

I am from Scotland and we have a different legal system. Demanding money here with menaces is coercion and a crime. Also there is no law of trespass, only place we cannot go walking is Railway or MOD property, and close to someone's house.

You would think this ZZPS would know that.

But I'd like to thank you all who have posted advice for the Lady as it was informative for me also.

Hope all went well for the Lady and good luck on your new baby.

Please read the NEWBIES thread as well, lot's of info.

ZZPS are just bog standard idiot debt collectors all tied up with the shameful Wright Hassall solicitors.

Wherever you are in the UK, you ignore ZZPS, who are pointless scammers TO IGNORE 100%
