ZZPS / Wright Hassle Solicitors Letter

Hi,

Please can someone help me, im really stressing, ive recently moved house and been given by my old address 2 parking fines mounting up to £370, one is for £170 and the other is for £200 on 2 seperate occasions.
The car parking company is 'Key Parking Solutions' where i used to park everyday for work and pay the £2.50 I remember not paying on these odd 2 occasions due to the machine not working I then went onto their website to issue the complaint but their webiste did not look legit at all it was A worded wrong, 'Ket Parking' and B looked SO dodgey so just ignored the yellow ticket.
But I have now had one letter from ZZPS stating I owe £170 and a soliciotrs letter from Wright & hassle saying I owe £206 the letter from them mentions court orders and CCJ's that could effect my credit rating, I did try ringing them up and explaining my situation about the house move, ticket machine and didgey website but neither ZZPS or Wright Hassle were bothered and both said its too late now,
Please can I have some advice??
Kind regards
charlotte

waste of time ringing either up

wait for an LBC from WH or from KPS, then come back for more advice

also come back if you receive an MCOL from Northampton CCBC

and stop stressing , it wont do you any good at all and you are not in control , so wait for the correct paperwork, then get suitable advice

until the LBC or MCOL arrive , stop stressing , take a chill pill

And we all agree with you.

Perhaps when you have a moment you could write to your MP and appraise him of the situation.

When they mention your credit rating getting affected by a ccj they are just scaremongering

You only get your rating affected if you ignore a court claim or lose in court and then don't pay up within a month.

Otherwise even if you lose in court (though settle in the month allowed) your credit is unaffected! See how they try to scare you into paying?

    IT'S A SCAM

    WRIGHT HASSALL PIMPING OUT THEIR
    LETTERHEAD TO ZZPS

There was a time when Wright Hassall were a highly
respected legal firm, that finished when they decided
to go to bed with the parking scammers

Wait to see what this disgraced solicitor does

Yes. Ignore everything except a lbcca or Court correspondence

    Do as advised in #2 & #4!
