Wetherspoons are going down hill!

I love Spoons chicken wings on Wednesdays and have had them recently in Brighouse, Halifax, Harrogate, Ripon and Thirsk, all have been superb until The Union Rooms in Batley.
They were luke warm and were covered in a sauce which at all the other Spoons I have visited, the wings have been very hot and the sauce came in a small dish and has never, never been spread over the wings
The lady who served us insisted that it was spoons policy to spread half the sauce over the meat and put the rest in a dish.
I emailed Spoons head office about this on the 1st November but have not had a reply from them, today it's the 13th and not even an acknowledgement or reply!
Since then I have visited two other Spoons and been told that the person at Batley was telling porky pies as I suspected.
Then a voucher problem.
We first used the voucher in Fleetwood Spoons and were told that the balance on the spoons voucher was £7.50. When in our next spoons in Brighouse it was rejected.
I will try it again later.

I have consulted Debretts and the etiquette for h/eating spicy chicken wings has been confirmed.
One must only eat them From a freshly plucked microwave with gentleman’s relish .0 -
For anyone curious, here is the map of all of the spoons in question.
Note how number 6 is The Union Rooms in Batley.
Nowww, I had a look at the topographic map for Batley and I now understand what OP means when they say it is "going downhill"!

Anyone up for a game of spoons?0

Were they ever up hill in the first place? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0
