As you have taken it to Samsung already, give them a ring and see what they offer.
According to this link on the CPW website, toward the bottom of the page, 'I've got an issue with my device - can I still take it to a Samsung Experience Store? - YES!!

Don't CPW have a policy for a handset replacement after the 2/3rd repair?
