Switched O2 to BT now receiving no calls

Help! In July2017 I switched mobiles from O2 to BT(EE) and kept same number. Only to find that I now get NO calls from ANYONE on O2!! I use the number for business and personal - and only 3 friends have texted me to inform me that all THEY hear is a buzzing their end!!
A problem with the routing apparently......What are my rights here? Compensation ? Has this happened to any of you?
Thanks I want to talk to my friends again and my work colleagues.
Regards
Duncan :(:(

Your rights are to have it fixed. Until you tell them, they don’t know. Porting faults can have issues, but you’re best placed to get them to resolve it. Compensation only comes into play after they’ve been told and it isn’t resolved.
