Anything wrong with that house?

I'd like to be on a safe side and will ask for an objective opinion about that semi-detached house: rightmove /property-for-sale/property-65683709.html, previously rightmove house-prices/detailMatching.html?prop=41600617&sale=83440245&country=england . Apologies, I can't publish links yet.
It's UB5 4DT, 59 Greenacre Close
I can see it's been renovated nicely, it ticks lots of must-haves on my list, it has a garden, parking, no neighbours above, quiet area etc. It has been listed since April though and the price has been reduced already.
I'm worried also about the cracks on the external wall, visible on the picture. They look the same in reality when I went there and checked. Do you guys think it's more like a cosmetic issue or is there something worse happening with the structure itself? I'm going for a view tomorrow morning, Saturday, and will decide the next steps after.
Is there anything you would ask about the house? If all happens to be good and I decide to make an offer one day, how much could I ask for? It's currently 350k.
I appreciate any feedback, I'm rather not a pro and would like to make a wise decision here :rotfl:

It is much too expensive. If you put terraced house and the price into Rightmove you get that 1 bed and a list of 2 bed houses and even one sold 3 bed.0

That is not a good area. Get onto streetview and look at the houses on the other side of Field End Road and also behind the road that the house is in. Also Field End Road/ Eastcote Lane is a busy road. Visiting on Saturday is no use. You need to see this house at rush hour time in the morning or evening during a weekday. You also need to see how much of the trains you can hear.0

Thanks for the answers guys, yes that's the house.
If those cracks are repairable and the whole house is not going to collapse then I'm a bit happier, hopefully it's not a fortune.
I was twice there, once by car and recently when commuting from work by tube. I must say that I didn't mind the walk from the station and the area seemed to be ok. I was there standing for a while, the trains were rather distant. I know I'd hear the main street but it's way better than another house in Perivale just next to A40
That one was a big no for me.
This one a bit far away sadly, in zone 5. But a Virgin cabinet is located literally less than 20 metres away
I checked also the crime stats and they were actually lower than for Ealing where I rent a flat at the moment.
I think it will be fair to offer a price lowered by around 15-20k as a base, subject to results of any report. I really like how it was renovated in a modern style, especially comparing to the previous link from 2014.
I had a chance to say a hi to the owner when he went outside, a nice Romanian gentleman. I have a feeling he works for a DIY sort of company, so maybe he did some work by himself and with more love.
Will see. I might get a bit too emotional about the house.
Let me know, if anybody has any other comments, I'm looking forward to hearing them, thanks.0 -
I noticed also a graffiti problem on the fences on the street at the back. There is actually a new one on this property fence. Must be a new one as it's not yet on the street view. Could it be a council estate around.0

I live in one of the most sought after places in the UK often comes up in top tens, and you can get graffiti on walls here, (though the council are on top of it, they even contacted me asking if it was OK to remove some on a garage wall i had part ownership of) so i wouldn't read too much into that.0 -
Foxtons are notorious for over pricing their stock. Be very careful what you offer and make sure you've done due diligence (posh word for homework) first.Signature on holiday for two weeks0

Looks ok but its been on the market for 5 months at that price according to propertybee so I wouldn't be offering the asking. Ask Foxtons if there's been any offers but take anything they say with a large pinch of salt0

check those trees in the garden0
