Arguing over flight times - will this affect our compensation claim?

Hi there,

I recently got a Norwegian Air flight that was delayed for more than 3 hours. Most of this way due to the aircraft having a 'technical fault' in the UK, but then when we landed we were stuck on the tarmac as there was a problem opening the doors. The airport had the flight arrival time up on their website/screens as the time it landed, not the time we were actually able to get off the aircraft - the time it landed made our delay 2 hours 50 minutes, the time the doors opened made our delay 3 hours and 10 minutes so its relevant to the claim. Will they attempt to use this against is? Is there anyway I can prove that the doors definitely did not open until after this time?

Thanks!
