B&Q Homefit bathroom nightmare

Before anyone comments about being ripped off by B&Q I have to say we have used them for two kitchens and a bathroom previously and had no significant issue at all. I know there is a premium in price when you use homefit but it has seemed OK for the comfort of a large company.
And so we used them to fit a new bathroom in our new house and it has been horrific.
The bathroom is above the hall. The quality of the work is shocking (except the tiler) and the competence of the plumbers seems extremely questionable; For example, there was a small weep on a compression isolator valve, it took 5 visits to stop the weeping on the valve and on one of the visits (which they said was a certain fix) five minutes after the plumber had left it burst and soaked the ceiling, we now have a hatch which was the best option due to artex matching being impossible.
Shortly after another leak appeared and soaked a wall and left us without a water supply over a weekend. We had some boxing in to do and the work was contracted out by the company, that tiler considered the work done completely unacceptable to tile and had to refit the boxing in before he could tile it. The latest leak meant that the tiles had to be removed from the floor and the wall to get to the pipes and these have now been refitted with new pipes. The plumbing fitted is mostly push-fit.
We have insisted on all the plumbing being visible for two weeks before it is tiled over. Of the 3 fittings plumbed in (toilet, sink and shower) 2 of the 3 have leaked and caused damage.
With the plumbing being observable from the hatch we now see they have boarded floors previous boarded over instead of removing it. The screws they used protrude beneath two sets of board and a chipboard floor by an inch and whilst they are clear of plumbing it seems incredible they would choose a screw that size and it is likely more luck than judgement they are clear of pipes and wires. Because of the overboarding there is a small step into the bathroom of around half an inch.
This fit should have taken 5 days it took 8 and is still unfinished we have had to take time off work because of the leaks and the whole experience has been frustrating and with some stress.
Is there any recourse we can take against B&Q or the company to impress on them the misery and disappointment this has caused? The fitted equipment came to around £900. The labour costs were well over £3,000.
In defence, they have come out to fix things. Again. And Again. And Again. And Again...
Any considered constructive opinions are much appreciated, I am wary of being clouded by being so angry and then becoming stupidly unreasonable in my actions.
