However, if they have mistakenly sent you a recording that someone else requested, of their personal data, there has been a serious breakdown of their processes and policy.

If you wanted, you could report this to the Information Commissioners Office who are the UK regulations r of the Data Protection Act.

Got a hammer too! CD was put into a shredder, it’s an ex-CD now.
