Flight delay compensation agreed but won't now pay!

Options
Etihad Airways have agreed to pay me compensation for a flight back in March. However, 3 times I have provided my international bank details so they can make a bank transfer and 3 times they say it has been reflected by my bank. My bank First Direct say no payments have been rejected. What do I do now?
Anyone had a similar experience ?
