I assumed that the hot tap water was pumped out of the boiler to the taps - rather than natural pressure ...If you know that why are you asking the question? The pump is for the central heating, you're asking about the water - two completely different circuits so the pump isn't being used.0 -

Even if it had been a combi boiler, these work off mains pressure, and they don't pump the hot water. The pump is just for the central heating, which as others have said is not affected.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
