Barclays complaints email?

I've recently had really bad service from my Barclays branch but it seems impossible to be able to complain via email to Barclays. Yes they have two versions of online complaint forms but both limit you to a small number of characters so I am unable to fit my whole complaint letter in the box. I have also had two online chats to Barclays staff requesting a direct email address, with no use! Does anyone have an email address which I can use in order to complain directly? You would thinkin this modern age it would be a simple thing to obtain, but no, it seems Barclays don't want folk to be able to complain unless you resort to the old pen and paper way, which no doubt would get lost along the way somehow I think! I'm hoping someone out there can help?

I don't see the problem with sending them a letter. If you want a positive outcome it's usually best to keep it brief and stick to the facts.0

Letter is normally the most effective way to complain formally anyway. Other option is Twitter, again limited but then generally is taken offline to DMRemember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0
