This is my plan for Christmas food.

Every night next week after work I will make one food item to freeze or chill.
Monday Soup to freeze
Tuesday red cabbage with apples to freeze
Wednesday Christmas biscuits to put in tin
Thursday Christmas fairy cakes
Friday butters and stuffing
Saturday cauliflower cheese to chill
Sunday prepare everything else:)

Have never frozen this. How do you make it so that it doesn't go too runny once thawed? tia.
