Snap, I'm sure my dad had one before he went into the home, I'll ask my mum if she still has it. It would be a bit of a trek for you though unless you know anyone who travels north x

♥ Thanks for the offer & nice thought, Lovely :A

    :)

So the big adventure of Parents journeying up next Sunday to view The House on Monday.
Lovely disabled room in the hotel. Sisters driving down Saturday to help Mum drive up. Front passenger seat now fitted so the whole seat turns to allow Dad to sit in the front of car instead of being wheelchair bound in the back & getting car sick :D

Oh & Fourp managed to get front row seats for Count Arthur Strong next year :j

  • Morning all as the APG is very large for getting 3 B & H Gift sets. If i get of them at and 1 dive, wild that keep it under 20 pounds. It would make it easier using APG under 20.00 x

    Tia.

Can use for this Sunday or for bookings of any future Sunday - the only issue being that not many times and dates are released for future Sundays - but there are some in December for the new Star Wars film!

    Morning all

Has anyone got a Nationwide select credit card?

When you get your statement this month don't just hurl the accompanying leaflet straight into the recycling box, read it.

This card is a cashback card and it had 0.5% cashback - this accumulates through the year and it then comes off the December bill. At one time I was getting about £60 a year but this year its down to £40 - general cutting of spending and diversification. Next year its going to be £20.
My average spend is about £800 a month - its not supposed to be this much as its for household spends (groceries, cat food, house and garden, petrol, eating out, clothes) but then every month there is either a coal bill, garage bill, hotel bill, holiday spends, Christmas/birthday spends or something extra has to be paid ...:(

So now I am having a big think about credit cards to see if any of my other almost dormant cards should be the main card if the incentives are better ...
