Why is Shaun the sheep on top of your tree TM?

I too have bows, silver with silver, white and black sequin baubles. I have to have a different colour scheme each year! The black sequin ones were 5p a pack when Poundland cleared their stock.
It took me most of Sunday afternoon to string them and patch up the missing sequins!

The reasoning behind Shaun the Sheep is lost in the mists of time:rotfl::rotfl:

I made these bows from 2 rolls of “ribbon” I bought for £1 each maybe 15 or more years ago.

I have a fairy on the proper tree.....when B&Q decide to reduce its price:rotfl:

I’ve had a a chemist shop under my nose for years and didn’t realise....and it’s a Small Shops one too:T:T

It was like Aladdin’s cave with most stuff for £1 or 99p:)

I was happy with all of this for a tenner:)

They had the L’Oreal invincible sets for £3.99......what a mark up the supermarkets must be making on these gift sets when a small independent pharmacy can sell at those prices

    Well done :T
Just wondering have any of the small shops you have been to, charged extra for using AM3X ?

Some ideas please about electric toothbrushes.

Eldest son has requested one for GF - not sure where to start looking, so many different types ...

I have been allocated the task of trying to find cheap accommodation near Cancer Centre as the place in Porthcawl is closed over Christmas until 15th Jan.

We need to find an Airbnb or similar from the 27th Dec to 15th Jan - 19 nights.
Travelodge comes in at £1050 but at least you have privacy & own bathroom. Can not find any discount codes :( Do you think if I rang them they may offer a discount?
One Airbnb does have an ensuite but run by a single man.... :o

Tomorrow she goes for PEG & MRI - staying in Heath for 4 days

I would try and contact some non-chain hotels, they would be much more likely to offer a discount for long stays buts it’s always worth a phone call to the travelodge (although their rooms are so sparse I’m not sure how nice they would be for that long!)
