I am wondering if these are the ones that were free on COS quite a while back but our store just had a space for them but no stock and we suspected that they were an old pack redesigned or slimmed down and they were trying to shift the last of them ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Does your mum have neat and tidy handbags - not toffee or dog treats stuck to everything
Does she like good quality brands?
If so have a look at moleskin - try Amazon - plenty of sizes and choice but more pricey but very tough and hardwearing and good quality.
Otherwise have a look at Sainsbobs - their stationary sections is very good, wish I'd know, just come back from there snd I could have had a looksee for you ...
I like doing research for other peoples presents - its my own list that I have issues with
No toffees or dog treats but usually a lot of old receipts (she's a definitely a muggle shopper!:o) She's not that into brands, I think the Moleskin ones look smart but I don't think she'd appreciate it as being more expensive or more fancy.
I think some of the Busy B one are nice and I saw a slim one which might have been suitable but it was out of stock. It needs to be hardcover not paperback as it will just get squashed or ruined at the bottom of her bag otherwise. She has started going to Chamber of a Commerce events with my dad lately so I suspect she would also like it to look smart and have a notes section in case she meets anyone important and needs to look business-like :rotfl:0 -

Thanks Snap! Last but one on your list is currently the top contender :T I'd have liked it to be under a tenner but as I'm actually playing Chief Elf on my dad's behalf, it's actually his money not mine I'm spending. It's like being a teenager all over again :rotfl:0 -
