:o Obviously 18 foot of snow is slightly exaggerated but it might as well be :p

    I’m still in bed:D

Looks like we’re going to miss the snow. We are due a flurry at 4 and that’s it:)

Half of the decorations are going up today, so I might manage a photo or two:) The twigs are nearly finished too:)

The other half are going up when B&Q reduce the prices of the real trees. Can you give me a shout please if you see any price reductions:)

So it’s port, mince pies and Christmas music for at least part of the day:):T:T:xmastree:

Two questions for marmie...... have you got the kettle on yet and why won’t you go to the village party again?:)

  • Good morning lovely peoples

No snow here, just very high winds.

I may try to bake my Christmas cake later - what should I do with the excess whiskey that the dried fruit hasn't soaked up? Drink it or put it in the cake?:think:

Stay safe if travelling - I see both Race Meetings in this Country abandoned :(

    Morning:)

Be careful of adding it to the cake....it could make the mixture too wet.

How about soaking and bottling some more fruit....or a trifle....or just drinking it:rotfl:
