Chomp flashed with a 30p price (mbuy fails to come off at the till - if your store SEL says 5 for £1 across all the mix you buy then CS and GC).

Chomp unflashed (no price printed on the wrapper) (picks up mbuy, but also a no-show).

Cadbury Buttons 14.4g priced at 30p individual - fails to get mbuy instore (again potential cash refund to 5 for £1 and £2 GC).

Thanks Savvy. This bit is very helpful for me and I shall have a go at buying some sweets. It will help with fillers and I shall try and hold my own at CS for both a refund and a GC.

There are no versions of Cadbury Caramel Freddo showing available on a.com so, if there is one version, it is the one showing "Unavailable" on a.com and should be a fail to appear and, if there are two different versions, one of them is the version showing "Unavailable" on a.com so should not appear and the other version is one that isn't even on a.com at all so it should also be a no appear.

    HTH.

Hope my last post, and this one, explains quite well what is a complex situation in A. I have been thinking of trying to compile a post of all the non-3 for 2 glitch items (those except what is already covered by 3Dogs), together with the invisible (and now the visible since we have the Batchelor's cup/slim soups) items but I have just not got round to it. I haven't had the time. For now, if you can't find the answer looking through the latest posts on the thread, just ask and if I am here I will try to answer you.

Depending on whether the system has caught up with M's full price, I think the Batchelor's items are probably not very good items even the 6 option with Heinz vs T. The purpose of buying a Batchelor's soup instead of the L&B was to have the item appear and compare for some APG which the L&B soup doesn't. However, it isn't great (is 1p loss if odd number have to be bought against T - as is so if you are buying 4 Heinz for T's 4 for £3 in A's 5 for £3 offer) - buying more Batchelor's, you are simply paying more in the form of another 5 for £3 and getting 2 for £2 comp. It's not the greatest price for a competitor to have. Why buy more Batchelor's when you don't need and instead just add one Heinz L&B soup? However, they are 5 for £3 in A (60p each) and getting £1.07 vs £1 on six of them (T mbuy) does reduce a "fairly low" 60p price. It still seems not doing much though and still pretty expensive soups:rotfl:. - 43p each if I am right? This is a lot more expensive than the 20-odd p or lower prices we should be aiming at and which the Heinz combo. with Heinz L&B trigger gets closer to. I think it is probably best just sticking with the L&B trigger rather than buying six Batchelor's soups - and the single unit Batchelor's option has a very slight loss compared to none with the L&B, so the L&B is best from that POV - unless you think your 1p APG loss is saved by not having to buy another 10p filler item (since the one Batchelor's appears and counts as a separate item).

APG 4.63 burgers made up most of the difference.

I got a toiletry shop too but it's giving me message searched high and low and can't find results. The reciept isn't showing the 3 for 2 coming off and one of the items showing on it as £4.96. I got a tresemme, lynx for her bag and lip cracker. 10 items showing on reciept so don't know what's wrong??

So if you got 5 for £3, the APG returned £1.28 back to you (I can't cope with the 10% calculation!) and each tin actually cost you about 34p?

Is that right please, whizz kids?

    My maths work it out around 29p each. 4 x 1.07 = 4.28 versus 3.00 = 1.28 plus 30p for the 10% = 1.58 back on 3.00 spend so 1.42 for 5 tins.

Tcb was my first account years ago before I bumped into the 11+ as you were then!
Only recently have they added the grocery cb, normally not worth bothering with though.
