    Evening all.

Dad's funeral tomorrow, can't believe he has gone he was so young, 54. Suffered for the last 5 years, had an illness called idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.

    Xxxx

    Tragic Sarah:o

May I also mention the long wait for the funeral to take place. I know it's often circumstances and/ or choice but what an awful pressure it puts on the family just "waiting". Funerals used to happen within a few days after death but it seems to take weeks now:o It can be unbearably stressful especially for those on their own.

I hope it goes as well as expected tomorrow Sarah. I will be thinking of you:A

Nectar - on both mine and OHs nectar -

250 points for buying Listerine Nightly Reset Midnight Mint Mouthwash 400ml which is £3
250 points for buying Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream which is £2.50

Very odd - never bought anything like this in sainsburys

I've got 260 points on Neutrogena and 110 on Yes cereal bars.

I'll buy the hand cream as I've already doubled up the points in my head.

Also 1000 on Virgin West coast but can't click through the link or even get on the website.

I got the 200 GWR birthday points but don't feel I can possibly accept them under the circumstances:p:D:p:)

Just wanted to say big thankyou to whoever brought SFF to the thread back a year or so.

Sat at the BIC waiting for the four tops and the temptations. Just watched Trevares. :T

I would never have bought tickets for myself at £44 + for the cheapest

You must be shattered when it's time to go to work, never mind doing a day's work :(

Is there any kind of exercise they can suggest which might help - and no, I don't mean going to the gym :D

    Swimming maybe ? x

Usually local to your area but I get quite a few for London and I'm 40 miles away
