Any issues then let us know on here and I/someone else will help. Chances are if you're encountering a problem then someone else is going through the same problem.

    Morning everyone. :T

I had two of my chocolate orders cancelled this afternoon  If the order was cancelled straight away that would be understandable but they hang onto it for days and you have a dispatch date to go on the calender - 2 orders but the same Amazon seller.
so I went via chat to talk about the first order but he wasn't very helpful as it was an Amazon market place item.

Then I did another chat session to complain about the second order. This chap was very helpful. He said he would sort my problems out like Batman and he said I should call him Batman as his name was giving me issues :D
This chap was much more helpful and he issued me with £5 Amazon credit for the next time I order via Amazon :T

The Amazon pantry order has been but the van man just left me with this massive heavy box in the drive way - no help with dragging it around to the back door :(

I wonder if they've updated their tills to accept more than one voucher of the same amount. In BM days you couldn't use 2 of the same value and the swipe/win points could only have one voucher of each value added at a time.

I think it's to prevent staff accidentally double scanning or customers deliberately scanning multiple times on SS

I'm working on Monday so i won't be the first tester. I'm sure you'll all have it figured out by the time i hit the shops.

I have no idea what i'm going to get yet but will probably cash out £300-£400 on something incase this is the last double up

I went onto nectar livechat earlier to chase up lego book points that were due by 5/11

I was 62nd in the queue. I wonder how many of you were in the queue ahead of me :rotfl:

I think we have managed to sort out our VM account ... it was due to be cut off tomorrow . I placed an order for another provider yesterday (TalkT - no up front fees ;)) which seems to have nudged them into action. I have ended up with £45 per month (plus £50 credit) plus retaining LRS, with 200mb internet, weekend calls/line and XL TV (Full House), so effectively it works out around £38 per month if I have done my sums correctly. This is not as cheap as some people achieved, and I think it is the same deal that we were offered the day after cancelling when we could have just accepted and avoided all this hoo-har :o. Time will tell if this has been applied correctly as I have received two emails from their system showing two different prices (the second double the first and cancelling my phone line ).
