Just noticed CoS is taking up nearly 2gb on my iPhone . It must be retaining the photos somehow?

Not sure that is required once it has uploaded them - will have to delete the app and re-install?

That sounds odd, it's only taking up 175MB on my phone.

I can't access the Laithwaites page at work so it looks like I've missed the offer. It's probably not a bad thing considering my booze stash. :o

I ended up keeping my leccy with OFTM and moving my gas where the fix was ending to the cheapest fix which was...So Energy (he says having had to check back through emails to remember) which as well as being cheapest was only a fiver penalty if I want to leave early. Switching both would have cost £100 pa more. The gas fix was 19% higher than last years fix

£25 Amazon for £5 spend in New Look sounds like the wrong way around?!

Sorry, my error, it is £15 for a £5 spend (I know, it looks odd, but have double checked and that is what it says!). It was the offer email this morning, scrolled down to the bottom. Friday 11am.

You have to verify your account with a student .ac.uk email address - seems to be a new initiative #FOMOFriday starting this Friday at 11.

Found 1 solitary pack of £1.44 loo rolls, using the hand held scanner.
When I transferred my shopping at the till the price changed to £5.95........

Sa wouldn't budge on price and as I've only just started using that zapper thing I'm not sure if I can trust it to do a bigger shop!

    Afternoon peeps.

Well I've gone for it - beer advent and 4 bottles of cider less the special code - I've gone via Q - it will never track but you never know and I used the Amex.
Will Amex see the total original spend though ...
I will be buying beer for the Christmas guests anyway (even though they will probably not be around long enough to drink it) so this will be a novelty feature - that is if the order does not get cancelled as I expect it will

Sorry I should have been clearer....I did spend £60 odd after the code, so £40 odd after amex.....I did get an email from amex immediately..in fact it came through just before the lathwaites one confirming my order.

I found them in a superstore not an Extra.

    Found mine in Extra :)

Coffee beans would actually be a good buy for me in Waitrose. The cheapest is a 200g bag of Starbucks beans for £3.55.....so with mag, paper, cappucino I'd just have to find something for 35p to bring me up to £10.

Don't mind me....I'm just mumbling to myself really.....

2 mags, coffee and paper and your £2 item is free ;)

    Afternoon

I have just received a parking ticket notice from an alleged overstay at ASDA

    18.51 to 15.54 the next day :eek::eek::eek:

Even with a good sale I would not stay almost 21 hours

Off to draft a letter of appeal

No need for letters or appeals, just call them and ask them to review the tapes. Should take no longer than a couple of minutes.
Happened to me in Asda a few months ago, but was resolved very quickly by just one call. They didn't even bother to apologise for their error, just said they'd cancel it and I never heard from them again.
