Is there a balance to be struck between celebration and commemoration I wonder. I drove through a village today and it was dressed up with flags as if we'd won the World Cup. I'm not judging, I just hope things don't get too commercialised with our Remembrance Day......we all know who makes money out of that and it's not the British Legion.
