  • Good morning all, another mild day.

Hugs to all that need them xx

JTS, that is really moving. We were talking to our grandson the other day and he did not know what he was wearing a poppy for, apart from poppy day :( That will be corrected when we have chance. Do they not teach it in school anymore? He is 8 fgs!

I though it was always like this, I’ve always used 3x handsets never had the same code.

Might be worth looking at S for cheapy Android, that’s where I got one of mine it was £20 (used 10 of N points) so got it for £10. Unlocked it with a code from eebay.

I always cycled the sims on one handset and generated different codes. I'll just have to install on both phones and the ipad now

Morning all. Two more PDE's for me today but then I guess I can't really grumble about that after yesterday's win :rotfl:

    Good morning everyone.

JTS, Gocat and Di, thinking of you all.

My OH is not impressed with my stash of toilet rolls, he thinks it sad that I have bought christmas loo roll and hes not impressed that I am even contemplating putting it out yet :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
  • Good morning all!

I had a look in Ts this morning but there was no festive loo roll to be seen :-(.

Just checking the offers on my amex, a couple might be able to help people.
6% statement credit on a transaction of £50+ in-store and online at Morrisons by 19/11/2018. Valid every time for the first 35,000 Cardmembers to save. Terms, location and payment restrictions apply.

get a £100 statement credit on an eligible transaction of £500+ online at Cunard Cruises

get a £5 statement credit on eligible spend of £30+ online using PayPal

Dave - also regarding Cunard, they sent me a letter today with a code for a 10% past passenger discount code valid only on Cunard fare for sailings between April and November 2019.
so on a £1000 spend get £100 discount, pay with the Amex and get another £100 credited to your account.
I am wondering what there is in November, the cheap end of the year and something with a lot of onboard credit. If I can figure out where codes go and how to overpay a deposit.
But too much on todays To Do list to even look.
The only fly in the ointment is that our annual travel insurance is due in March so I am not sure if you are covered if you pay a large deposit for a holiday that is not until November
