Yes you can refer them - they get a free Nutella - which then triggers a £3 referral on your account when they buy and claim it .

Hi TM I’m fine, thank you for asking :AJust busy with rl but I do try to keep up on here. Fab whoopsies as usual. We don’t get many good whoopsies round here but I have got quite a few packs of crisps and also had some fab bargains from the Tesco “jumble sale” on Monday. Most things were literally pennies eg 11 cans of dog food 9p, 10 trays of dog pate 3p, 5 cans Bavaria shandy 10p and 4 cans Fosters 15p. I had 2 bags full for £1.50 :T

Well I'm not going to add today's totals to my froctobers because I'm on holiday tomorrow and today I've spent vs fortune.
I did always say if good offers came along I would take advantage and I have.
Today's shop started off at £73 and after coupons was £37 to pay, approx £11 cash back and hopefUlly a bit more from TMs T MF. And it included six packs of nappies.
We filled both cars up with diesel and saved £12 and my c n c shop was £64 so all totals well and truly blown but my day to day totals of a true froctober were good.
We've had loads of meals out of the freezer and I kept sHopping to a minimum for three weeks.
It felt great tonight having no waste at all in the fridge before we go away.
Gocat you take plenty of time to recover, rest as much as you can.
