    Afternoon all

Quidco seem to have been having a tidy-up as 3 lots of Wilko cashback have been confirmed by email from both accounts - from May and June purchases.
Have to have a look now to see if there was bonuses associated with them and if they match up with calendar reminders.

  • Do people normally managed to use SSM coupons okay in Sainsburys? I just had my Fairy coupon turned down because apparently it wouldn't scan on the till. If other people have managed to use them then I'll just try a different Sainsburys.

I also forgot to go into Hotel Chocolate for my 'lolly'!
Sometimes the tills don't work but the hand held scanners at the tills do.

Think i'll have a go at the fuel.

I really struggled last time to buy anything in store it all seemed so much more expensive than the other supermarkets.

The ladies are lovely at my local petrol station they encourage you and get excited for you. :A

I usually do couple £10 fill ups then go in store and then do 2 or 3 more on way out. If the pumps are busy I drive back round for another go. ;)

Nice little shop for £1.61 in As earlier using the SSM coupons. :T

I went there to get the maple syrup ham shavings that I have free on COS RRP but they only had that flavour in slices :( The other 2 flavours were only available as shavings. They were definitely thinner so I didn't chance the maple syrup slices...

EDIT: thought I better add the nice little shop didn't include the apple mac :o

It always amazes me how quick orders are to be processed now - my M&S order I did late yesterday I picked up today, Wilko only take about 2 days and Amazon is very quick - well usually - the Amazon pantry order, mostly cat food for Ronnie that I did the other day is delayed and we are down to the last 2 sachets

It originally said about 5 days so I am amazed.

I will let you all know how good the loo rolls are because I don't think anyone else was brave enough to try them out. :rotfl:

Make some buttercream, easy to make the right consistency and easy to colour.
ganache makes really crisp edges though and im attempting a roller coaster so cant use buttercream really, just wanted it for the crumb coat. x
